Advanced Placement (AP) is a program created by the College Board which offers college-level curricula and examinations to high school students.

Benefits of Advanced Placement: Rigorous courses prepare students for college, strengthens transcripts for colleges, flexible curriculum College credit, scholar Diploma option.

AP Capstone Diploma: AP Capstone is a program designed by the College Board based on two-year long courses; AP Seminar and AP Research. These courses were created to develop students' skills in research, analysis, evidence-based arguments, collaboration, writing, and presenting.  In order to receive the diploma, students must complete and pass six AP Exams as well as the two Capstone courses.
